Date: 2018-05-25 02:30 am (UTC)(And at that, civil proceedings are easily explainable - like say Philip suing a supplier for nondelivery or suing a client for failure to pay, so a Dupont Travel Circle v. [someone] is hardly going to be a smoking gun.)
