I have liked these little promos this year much more than I liked the equivalent ones for season two!

I tend to agree.

But the part I like best is where it says 'new season January'.

Last year it seems like they did more specific ones maybe a little later. These remind me of the one that was the flag that was US on one side and USSR on the other and I liked that one.

No, you're right. But there were also all those truly bizarre atmospheric ones from season two that I didn't like at all. Like, remember this one?

Actually, that clip has both of the promos that I found weirdest: the "Russian Roulette" one and the Sting one!

Oh god, I totally can't watch the Russian Roulette one. I thought it was so incredibly weird. I cringed for the actors whenever it was on!

The flag one was much better.

We learned last year that the four promos with the lead actors were shot all on one day - I believe in December 2013. We may still see that type of promo for season 3.
