I don't know if Kelly is KGB or not - while watching the episode I thought she was, but now I'm on the fence.

*snerk* it seems like we're all so primed to be watching for every little detail in this show that at least four of us are guessing she's affiliated in some way with the KGB. :P

It will be so ironic if Kelli really is just another teenager who happened to cross paths with Paige and has nothing to do with anybody. :P

Yeah the more I think about it the more I don't think she's a KGB agent because idk it seems so impractical. But if this was like a low quality show or on a network she definitely would be hahha!

As for who would take the kids? It seems the KGB goes with the path of least resistance - letting the American foster care system do its work before trying to step in on their own, so they may reluctantly accept that Stan could get to be in charge of them. Of course, Nina would continue to be the Rezidentura's back channel source on the kids in that event.

Like, although Elizabeth took Philip's answer as a snarky joke, I think there was some sincerity there too, simply because they don't have a lot of choices and at least in Sandra and Stan, they know the kids would be decently cared for. They don't have ideal options.

Impractical if she was 12/13.. but she doesn't look that young. In fact, even Paige is pushing it at this point, and the series is going way slower than RL (but that's a different issue)
