Poor Martha!

I like how Philip is so calm in the scene. Because often in this kind of scene you'd expect them both to be freaking out, like he's afraid of what happened or afraid she hates him now. But he's just handling the expected freak out with his eye on keeping her quiet.

P.S. I also like how Martha brings up how her own decisions are also responsible for what's going on here. Because with all this stuff coming out that seems to be more and more important. Other people aren't just innocent victims. Once they know their own actions have meaning, and they have a price. Martha can't just have Clark without being complicit. Likewise Paige can't just keep herself free of flaws. If it doesn't feel morally pure to lie for her parents or passively condone what they might be doing, the alternative is to, bluntly, probably have them killed.

So I was right about the search being carried out in her flat, and possibly also Philip loading a gun while looking out of her window, in the other longer trailer.

Alison Wright is just so good. I will cry buckets when Martha dies.
