I was just rewatching bits and pieces of the episode. Elizabeth is threatened with death. Philip has his Kama Sutra sex (though he's probably experiencing the non-experience thing).
Martha appears in two scenes, and she has both the gun and the sex, and in both cases, she was living the experience. It's not exactly almost getting killed, but she did get the gun for fear of almost getting killed.
ETA: And I completely forgot Annelise, who ended the episode with the full experience package. First having sex and then really having her life threatened.
