I don't know whether the people who make the show regularly read the comm; I'd guess not for most of them, given their busy schedules. But they're aware of its existence, and they read this post for sure!
We can't really say what the "small and enclosed" sets were, but I think it's okay to say that they were two different specific rooms in the Jennings' house. They were "small and enclosed" in the sense that they had a lot of walls like real rooms, rather than being open on one side where you could get a larger group of people watching.
