Fan community for FX's The Americans

Well, there are certainly those (both former Soviet/Russian folks and Americans) who think they didn't/don't need the programme, and/or that it's a lot of expense for very little gain. The fact that it's still ongoing, though, suggests at least to me that they must get some benefit out of it. If nothing else, it's a psychological hold over other countries because it's something they don't have. The idea of illegals makes people crazy (we see that a little on the show, even).
