It's interesting that Holly thinks Paige would probably spy for her parents if they asked her to. I think that's probably believable; for Paige it would still be kind of a game, rather than really harshly serious stuff.
I really do hope, though, that Philip and Elizabeth try to make the point to Paige that she was born and raised an American citizen and for her to actively spy for her parents means treason, whereas it can considered that Philip and Elizabeth, being Soviets in actuality, are doing their duty to their country.
Now Paige might not consider herself Soviet, per se, but if P&E tell her she would be considered a Soviet citizen by the USSR, she might feel like she sort of has to live up to that legacy.
It'll be fascinating to see how things unfold for Paige down the road!
