If you're talking about his Hebrew, it's OK. Though, as I said, the sentence intonation was all wrong.

When he speaks English - It doesn't sound extremely off to me, but I can see why somebody would say that. You can compare to the other mossad guy, who speaks with a more heavy (and probably real) Israeli accent. For example, when Yossi says 'rather', he pronounces the 'th' sound, which Hebrew doesn't have. Hebrew doesn't have a 'w' sound either, which both of them pronounce properly. (And my personal experience is that back in the 80s, when there wasn't so much American TV and movies, it was much harder for people to pronounce those sounds)

Philip's attempt, btw, didn't sound so good :-) It actually sounded a bit Russian, turning the 'h' into a 'ch'.
