I don't think so. His hair seems a little curlier. Plus she's not wearing her red curly wig and I doubt she'd be with him in any other disguise. (Also if she killed him she'd be killing her potential source, right?)

Seems like Elizabeth's just killing a guy a week!

who does she meet in this disguise? have we seen it already?

I'm trying to remember...have we maybe seen her just wearing it when she was doing surveillance, like when she was in the car with the microphone listening to the people on the street?
