Remind me, by the way, what else did Stan do as far as giving Soviets information/helping them other than handing over Oleg's surveillance reports. I don't think there was anything else. (I don't mean illegal stuff he did, I mean stuff that actually helped/potentially helped the Soviets in some way.) My memories of canon are spotty at times.

Even just handing over surveillance reports could probably get Stan cashiered with loss of his pension.

If he'd gone any further than that he's looking at possible espionage or treason charges, which at minimum is 25 to life.
